Every Friday between 15:00 to 17:00 a UK Border Agency visa officer will be in the VFS Visa Application Centre in Tokyo to answer questions on Tiers 1, 2, 4 and 5 points based system visa applications (excluding the Youth Mobility Scheme). Each individual will be allocated a 10-15 minute appointment to discuss and clarify the guidance relating to their application. Visa application forms and documents cannot be pre-assessed or completed in these sessions. The UK Border Agency visa officer cannot give a guarantee the outcome of your visa application; this can only be assessed when you submit your application. Please contact the VFS email enquiry address to make an appointment. You will have to include your name and contact number (preferably your mobile phone number) to make your appointment.
Who are we?
VFS Global is a commercial company, working in partnership with UK Border Agency at the British Embassy here in Japan to provide services to help people apply for a visa to enter the United Kingdom (UK).

Who decides if I will get a visa?
Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency staff. VFS staff does not, play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application. If VFS staff claims to be able to influence your application, you should notify in writing the Head of Visa Services at the British Embassy in Tokyo.
